Mr. Norman K.W. NG (Managing Director)

Mr. NG was awarded a Master Degree in Business Management from Brunel University of United Kingdom. Mr. Ng has over 30 years’ diversified experience in the management of investment and development projects in Hong Kong and PRC. Apart from the 14 Years’ Project Management experience with the Property Department of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, he had been the General Manager of Hong Kong Region for an International Franchised Operation Group of Companies. Hence, Mr. Ng is an expert both in Commercial Management and Project Management. As contribution to the society, Mr. Ng was also a part-time lecturer for the School of Continuing Education of Baptist University of Hong Kong in Business and Management Studies for several years.

Mr. Anthony HUI (Executive Director)

Mr. HUI was previous Associate Director of Housing Department, early retired after his over 33 years’ service with Hong Kong Government. After his retirement with HK Government, he also has more that 18 years’ services as a Senior Associate/Director with the top tired property developers (mostly are public listed companies) of Hong Kong in Property and Housing Management.

Mr. Allen Yik Wing CHAN (Project Director)

Mr. Allen CHAN is a professional plant engineer by trade. He is a corporate member of the Society of Operations Engineer, which was reformed by the merger of two historic and well-known professional institutions in United Kingdom, namely the Institution of Plant Engineers and the Institute of Road & Transport Engineers. In management, Mr. Chan awarded Diploma in Industrial Management and is Member of the International Institute of Management.

Mr. Chan commenced his career in the Building Services and Plant Engineering since 1976. At earlier stage, he has involved in the design of various infrastructure projects with EMSD, such as the facilities for sewage treatment plants, up-grade of airport plants and services. Mr. Chan has also had a wide range of field experience, which covered building services projects and plants set-up. Those projects included the Pesi-Cola Concentration Plant in Guangzhou, Heinz Baby Food Processing Plant in PRC and the re-development of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. head-quarters, and etc.

In recent years, Mr. Chan is engaged to provide consultancy, engineering and project management services for building services installation, facilities and building interior projects of various scales in Hong Kong and PRC.

Mr. Elwyn Chi Ling CHAN (Project Director)

Mr. Elwyn CHAN is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) in HK, Chartered Environmentalist & Chartered Construction Manager in UK, Fellow of Institute of Highway Engineers (FIHE), corporate member of professional institutes in various disciplines, namely: the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (MCIArb), the Society of Operations Engineers (MSOE), the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Institute of Plant Engineers (MIPlantE), the American Association of Cost Engineers and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE). In management, he was awarded Diploma in Management Studies (Finance and Marketing) and is a Registered Professional Manager (PMgr), Fellow of Chartered Management Institute - UK (FCMI) and Member of Hong Kong Management Association.

Mr. Chan has over 35 years’ professional experience in building development, construction, and management of Property Assets (of value over 30 billion HK Dollar) in Hong Kong, PRC, Macau and Australia, when rendering his service with various listed companies in Hong Kong. Notwithstanding that Mr. Chan has led the planning and overseeing of Property Developments & Construction Projects of various scales; he is also a licenced Estate Agent.
